Our workflow has 3 broad steps-
(i) Hearing from you– When you book consultation through website or through WhatsApp, we will call back. We will take a note on your requirement, your coordinates, and we will share payment details. Once you have completed the payment, step (ii) starts. Please note that consultation fee is a one-time-payment irrespective of the number of sessions undertaken in step (ii).
(ii) Listening to you— At this stage, we try to understand your present content standing through robust metrics. We have session with you. We labour to understand your content needs and requirements. This stage is not over unless we have fully understood your requirement. Sometimes this stage lasts for just 1 session, whereas sometimes, it takes as many as 3 sessions or even more. Both ways, there is no going forward before we completely understand our client’s content requirements.
(iii) Sharing it with you– After having understood client’s requirement and their present content standing, the workflow proceeds in either of the two ways-
(a) Deal– Deal means we understand that we are good fit for client. We make a presentation and suggest best service plan to our clients. Once the client agrees, we start work. If they don’t agree, we respect their time and energy and try to accommodate and extend our services as much as possible within reasonable limits to suit client’s wants. Since, by this stage, we already know we are good fit for client, we try our best in terms of extending services.
(b) No-deal– This means we clearly understand that we are not a good fit for client no matter how far we stretch. We respect client’s energy and time, and humbly accept and inform them that we are not what they are looking for. But since by this stage, we already know their requirement, we suggest them other non-Fobaco capabilities in the market which might be a good fit for them.
